Bearing in mind that through Resolution No. 6415 of November 28, 2019, the Ministry of National Defense approved a budget grant of $ 3,264 million for SATENA, the airline will have a restructuring and standardization of its fares at destinations social operating for the remainder of 2019 and the first quarter of 2020, so that our users can access more comfortable and accessible rates on the social routes of the east and southwest of the country, as follows:

• 1st Phase - East: Puerto Carreño, Inírida, Mitú and Arauca.
• 2nd Phase - Southwest: Buenaventura, Ipiales, Pitalito and Villagarzón / Mocoa.

With this measure, SATENA seeks to welcome the needs and requests of our users and that, through its receptivity, a better service that will be vital for the connectivity and economic and tourist development of these important areas of the country can be consolidated. In the medium term, the airline plans to increase the operation to these important points of the national geography and consolidate a broader flight offer that covers the growth and connectivity needs that some of these regions demand.

For eastern destinations, SATENA will offer through its website fares from an approximate value of $ 220,000 per trip (with taxes included), reaching a cap of $ 400,000 per route (with taxes included).
