The safety of travelers is important to SATENA. For this reason, the airline is pleased to inform that on October 8, 9 and 10, 2022, flights from “San Andres” to “Providencia” round trip, are cancelled due to the threat of a tropical storm in this insular region of Colombia.

In view of this fact, SATENA will proceed to relocate passengers as soon as weather conditions permit. Likewise, we will be in permanent communication with our customers informing them the day when the operation will be reestablished, our Contact Center is available to resolve any questions and / or concerns by calling 601 918 6030 in Bogota or though WhatsApp +573233220006.

Finally, for SATENA the most important thing is the wellbeing of the travelers. Therefore, the Airline apologizes for the inconveniences caused and reiterates that it is complying with all protocols and quality standards, which are established in the company's policies, in accordance with Colombian aeronautical regulations, to deal with this weather situation.
