Good Governance Code

In the exercise of this attribution, the President of SATENA must adopt and publicize by means of suitable means and keep permanently updated the Code of Good Governance, taking into account the current provisions and functions related to the administration, conduct and supply of the information destined to the fulfillment of the norms, practices and current policies to reveal in a timely and truthful way the necessary information for the operation.
